COMPETITION RULES OPEN TO OUR CUSTOMERS

The “Live Longer” competition is managed by Pro-Actif on behalf of ADN™-Téloméractives™

It runs four times a year (March, June, September and December).

ELIGIBILITY

The competition is open to people aged 18 or over.

HOW TO ENTER – REGISTRATION

Each entry requires a coupon from the purchase of a box of ADN-Téloméractives.

Go to the competition section of the Facebook page and enter your competition code. Each box purchased means one chance to win each quarter.

Enter the data into Facebook, taking care to provide the following details accurately: surname, first name, address, telephone number + entry code. Send us these details by Facebook or email (adntelomeractives@gmail.com).

You will then be entered into the current quarterly competition automatically.

When a coupon number has been played, it cannot be used for future draws, and entrants must have purchased a box of ADN-Téloméractives.

The “Live Longer” competition only requires the coupon found in each box.

PRIZE

The competition prize in each quarter is three boxes of ADN-Téloméractives, worth $227.85.

The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and must be accepted as offered.

If the prize is delivered to the winner’s home by post, shipping costs are not included. These amount to $12 + tax for Quebec or $16 + tax for Canada/USA in American dollars unless a band number is provided.

DRAW

The draw will take place on the first day of March, June, September and December at the Pro-Actif office in Cap-Saint-Ignace. One (1) entry will be drawn at random from all the entries registered in accordance with these rules in order to award the prize.

The prize cannot be awarded more than once to any one individual or household within an 18-month period.

The chances of a participant’s entry being selected at random depend on the number of entries registered in accordance with these rules.

CLAIMING PRIZES

• The winner will be contacted by telephone by the competition organisers within seven (7) days of the draw.

• They must send the coupon corresponding to the winning entry to Pro-Actif/Concours, 871 Ch des Pionniers Est, Cap-Saint-Ignace G0R 1H0 (Qc), Canada, with a cheque for $13.79 inc. VAT for shipping costs within Quebec or for $16 + state taxes for shipping costs outside Quebec.

• Alternatively, they can collect the prize in person from Pro-Actif, informing us in advance of their visit, and no administrative costs will be charged.

• If any of the conditions of these regulations are not respected, the selected person’s entry will be cancelled and a new draw to allocate the prize will take place in accordance with these regulations.

• Pro-Actif will announce the winner on the ADN-Téloméractives site and on Facebook within four (4) weeks of the prize being awarded to the winner.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Verification. The winning entries will be verified by the company. Any entry coupons that are incomplete or fraudulent or do not carry the correct entry code will automatically be rejected and the corresponding entrants will be not eligible for the prize.

Non-compliant entries. The competition organisers reserve the right to disqualify any person or to cancel one or more entries from any person entering or attempting to enter the competition by any means contrary to the regulations or seeking to gain an unfair advantage over other entrants (e.g. computer hacking etc.). Such people may be referred to the relevant legal authorities.

Acceptance of the prize. The prize must be accepted in the form described in these regulations.

If a person selected at random refuses to accept a prize under the terms of these regulations, Pro-Actif and the competition organisers are relieved of any obligation to this person.​

Pro-Actif reserves the right, at its full discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition wholly or partly if any event, error or human intervention occurs that may corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or operation of the competition as described in these regulations, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the Quebec authority responsible for alcohol, racing and gambling).

By entering the competition, all winners authorise Pro-Actif to use their name, photograph, image, prize declaration, place of residence etc. as necessary, free of charge, at its own discretion and with no limit on the period of use, on the ADN-Téloméractives website and on Facebook, to advertise the winner.

​No communication or correspondence will be entered into with competition entrants unless they are selected to win the prize.

​Pro-Actif considers all decisions about the competition to be final and irrevocable, subject to decisions by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux about any question under its responsibility.

​Disputes about the organisation or management of advertising competitions can be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a decision. Disputes about the allocation of a prize can be submitted to the Régie solely for the purposes of an intervention to try to resolve them.

​Under these regulations, the entrant is the person whose name appears on the entry form, and the prize will be awarded to this person if they are selected and declared the winner.

This competition is not affiliated with or supported, presented, sponsored or organised by Facebook.

​The regulations are available on request and can be found in the competition area of the website www.adn-telomeractives.com

​Personal information collected about entrants in relation to the competition is used only to administer the competition. No communications or advertising unrelated to the competition will be sent to entrants by Pro-Actif.

​By entering the competition, all entrants accept that Pro-Actif may communicate with winners by private message to inform them that they have won a prize.

​If there are any discrepancies between the French and English versions of these regulations, the French version takes precedence.
